Disclaimer
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Africa Casino Hub reviews online casinos for South African readers. We try hard to get the details right, but a review site can only describe a casino at the moment it was checked, and casinos change their offers, cashiers and terms all the time. This disclaimer sets out what our content is, what it is not, and where responsibility lies. Using the site means you accept it, together with our terms and conditions.
1. About Africa Casino Hub
The site is published by Larchwick Press Limited, Montarik House, 3 Bedlam Court, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. We are an independent publisher. We do not hold a gambling licence in South Africa or anywhere else, we do not run a casino and we do not accept bets, deposits or player funds.
2. Your agreement is with the operator
When you open an account at a casino featured here, you enter into an agreement with the company that runs it. Verification, deposits, withdrawals, bonus crediting, account limits and account closures are all handled by that company under its own terms. We cannot see your account, intervene in a dispute or recover funds for you. Complaints have to go to the operator and, if that fails, to the authority that issued its licence.
3. Information, not advice
Our reviews, rankings and guides are general information. They are not financial, legal or tax advice and they do not take account of your personal situation. A high rating means a casino did well against the points we check; it does not mean you will win, or that the casino suits you. Gambling for real money always carries the risk of losing what you stake.
4. Offshore licences and South African law
Online casino gambling is not permitted under section 11 of the National Gambling Act; in South Africa, only bookmakers and land-based venues can be licensed. The casinos we cover are licensed offshore, which means South African regulators cannot act on a complaint against them. We report the licence an operator states in its own terms and, where possible, in the regulator's public register at the time of review. Licences can be suspended, transferred or withdrawn. It is your responsibility to check the law that applies to you before you play; inclusion on this site is not a statement that an operator is lawful or available where you are.
5. Rand accounts and cashiers
We note whether a casino offers a rand account and which methods it lists — Instant EFT, Ozow, voucher top-ups, cards or crypto. Availability can depend on your bank, the payment provider and the operator, and a method that works for deposits may not be offered for withdrawals. Where an operator publishes its offer in euros or dollars, we show it that way and do not convert it to rand, so exchange rates and conversion fees may apply. Check the cashier page before you deposit.
6. Bonuses and wagering
Welcome offers, free spins and reload bonuses change frequently. The wagering requirement, the maximum stake while a bonus is active, game weighting, the time limit and any cap on bonus winnings decide what an offer is worth, and any of them can change without notice. We update pages when we learn of changes, but there can be a delay. The terms on the operator's site at the moment you register are the ones that apply.
7. Payout times and figures we measured
Where a review gives a withdrawal time or a minimum deposit, it describes what we found when we checked. Your experience may differ because of verification requests, the payment method, weekends and public holidays, or changes the operator has made since. Where we could not confirm a figure, we say so.
8. Games and RTP
Return-to-player figures, volatility and maximum wins come from the game providers. RTP is a theoretical long-term average and tells you nothing about a single session. Some casinos run the same slot at a lower RTP setting, so check the game's information panel.
9. Commission
Africa Casino Hub earns commission from some of the operators it lists when readers sign up through our links. It costs you nothing. How the arrangement works is described on our affiliate disclosure page.
10. External websites
Links to casinos, game studios, payment providers and support services take you to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices or availability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larchwick Press Limited is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of this site, from reliance on its content, from gambling with any third party, from an operator's failure to pay out, or from errors, omissions or delays in the information we publish. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Age and responsible gambling
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to earn money or to solve financial problems. Set a budget and a time limit before you start, do not chase losses and take regular breaks. Most operators offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion in the account settings. If gambling is affecting your finances, work or family, free and confidential help is available from the support organisations linked at the bottom of every page.
13. Changes and contact
We may revise this disclaimer as the site or the law changes; the date at the top shows the current version. If you spot an error or an outdated offer, please let us know so we can check it:
